Barzen Wiki Site.

The purpose of this site is to gather and share Barzen Family genealogy and research information.

[edit] Getting started

This site focuses on the the Geneology of Joseph Barzen (Bartson) Sr. (b. 1817 - d. 1901). Born in Prussia/Germany/Alsace region, and died in Peoria, IL.

[edit] Goals

The primary goal of this site is to research descendants of Joseph Barzen, as well as to research his ancestry. In addition, this site is used to research the family of his wife, Martha Lechthaler (b. 1835 - d. 1916), and Margaret Dinnins (b. unknown - d. unknown).

At a minimum, this site can be used to communicate research notes and have a gathering place of documentation for interested families in the Barzen (Bartson) family. In addition, it can also be used to make assignments and report new findings for others interested in Barzen Family research.

Potentially, this site could be used to create a full Wiki bio of each known individual in the family tree. Feedback is desirable in determining the potential usage of this site.

This site can be used to collaborate on additional lines in the Barzen/Bartson Family. Please use contact information, below, if you are interested in including additional pages for your Barzen ancestors.
